I made it one whole day......(updated)
Withour smoking. I am doing good, the wellbutrin is really helping with the cravings
thanks for all the encouragement girls
OK, I am now on day 4 of not smoking !!!!
I'm sorry to bore you girls with this but I am really proud of myself. The real test will be this weekend when I indulge in a few "adult" beverages

Congrats!!! I know it is hard now, but it will get easier!! I quit on feb 14th and am still going strong. If you need any support I am here.

Congrats!! As a drug and alochol counselor, I also helped people quit smoking as well. Many of my clients said that using the patch worked for them also. BUT instead of using a whole patch each day for 3 months, they cut the patch in half and used it for 6 months...this helped them also.

I found with weight loss (I know it's not the same as quitting smoking, though) it helped to reward myself at each milestone. At the end of the week, have FH take you out somewhere you've been dying to go. You deserve it!
