Question for brides that are already married
how many "wrapped" gifts did you get for a wedding present?

We got 10-20. Mostly small things like picture frames that went along with monatary gifts. We did get 2 or 3 larger items.

we got a bunch but we had a lot of out of towners - only had about 5 presents brought to the wedding but between the brunch and gifts shipped to the house had about 20-25

We had quite a few things (15) shipped to the house immediately prior to the wedding and afterwards. As for gifts that were brought to the wedding we had 5.
I will happily say that almost all of our gifts were registry purchases and if they were not from our registry, they were from Tiffany's. We only had 3 OMG what is this and how can I return it kinds gifts, and two were from my shower. We had over 90 checks.

Mostly all the ones from DH's family were wrapped gifts, from the midwest, I think they as less likely to give $, plus lots from our friends shipped to our house!!

We had wrapped gifts from people who couldn't make it to the wedding, so they shipped us gifts off our registry... at the wedding we got none.
