Sorry to repost this but I need some Picture Posting Help!

How do you post pictures within the text of a post rather than at the end of the text. I am trying to write my review and want to be able to write about a vendor and then post some pics right after it, and then write more about another vendor and post pics. I am not sure if I am being clear, but if anyone can help me that would be great! And if it makes a difference the pics are saved on my hard drive.

Because I hate the re-sizer...I upload my pictures to shutterfly (the LIW album works too), then I go to the picture and right click on properties. Copy the "adress/URL" and click on "Insert Web Image" on my thread and post the picture...to write a caption above it, I just type what I want then I click on "Insert Web Image" and paste...see below.
