Getting Ready Photos - Need Advice

Our photographer is not going to be there when I get ready. I was willing to give up the getting ready shots in order to squeeze in pictures at the arboretum. The photographer said we can do some getting ready shots (faking it) at the bridal suite at the reception site later on. I still want to capture the actual getting ready moments. I have color and black and white film. Besides getting pics of the dress hanging, my shoes, the bouquet, and me getting my make-up and hair done, what other pics can I take? I would greatly appreciate any adivce you can offer. Thanks.

I would suggest to do the getting ready pics in black and white, get your garter, the girls helping you put your dress on, putting your shoes, earrings, necklace any accessory you have, gloves on, makesure when they take pics of all the bouquets from delivery its in COLOR! You laying on the bed, looking in the mirror, HTH

Just adding - make sure the bouquet is out of the box. I asked someone to take photos of the bouquets when they arrived - and they were still in the box with the cellophane over them

I wouldn't think you'd need a list, these are usually more photojournalistic of the getting ready events.
