NWR..NEED EBAY ADVICE!!
Hi ladies..i know some of you are ebay junkies, so here it goes...
I have some things i would like to sell..ex. parents old china.. (very 70's, not interested in keeping it in the familiy :) I am not sure how to proceed. I don't think i have the time to manage the sale of this stuff. I was told there are some stores that offer this service and keep a % of the sales.
Do any of you know of such a place? Idealy I am looking for a place on the the north shore of nassau or in brooklyn..i am willing to go some place in between as well.

search ebay store in the yellow pages... i think theres one in glen cove, and another on maybe on hempstead tpke in Garden city, but i could be making that up  (i know i saw one somwhere else).. but theres def. on listed in the YP's.

So... I was driving down Glen Cove rd... If you in Garden City/Carle Place... and there were EBAY signs all over the grass.... pointing to a shopping center where there is a TJ Max... across from voice rd... If you are coming from the NORTH SHORE then the shopping center is North of OLD COUNTRY RD B/4 Roosevelt Field... I don't know if there is a store there... But maybe you could call TJ Max and ask if there is one in there shopping center... or call 411...
I know this is like maybe could be just information... but I thought it might help!

the one on old country road is the only one i have ever seen as well.
i have never used them though....
why don't you post it on craigslist?? i've posted stuff on there before - and they are completly free to use. you don't get as big a consumer base as e-bay - but it could work for you...

There is one in rockville centre & one in wantagh---may of them do the ebay drop off as well as other things.

Try this store, I am getting my replacement china from there. Very reputable, they buy and sell china, flatware, crystal.
