I'm getting married next fall so I haven't really thought of it yet, but what is the placecard tree?

i saw it in a magazine and its just branches coming out of a vase..and you tie leaves to it with peoples names on it..and the vase would label A-F and G-Z...something like that...

Hmmm...I can see how that would be a lot of work. I think they make little picture frame type things where you can put the card in. I'm sure they have fall-leafy type ones.

I'm just using the placecard stock I bought at AC Moore for $4, we'll print it up ourselves.

I am using placecards that match my invitations. There are plain ivory cardstock with a leaf in the corner.

Re: what are you fall brides doing for place cards?
I saw this in a little boutique in massapequa. It is a huge picture frame. The frame has fabric in the inside. The fabric is folded so that the place cards are place inside the pockest. It was the most beautiful frame and idea i have ever saw. I asked how much was to rent it ...$300 and that is just the frame not including the place cards
Lets just say i did a DIY project and the frame that i made came out to $50 with placecards.
