Designer Limos
Has anyone used or plan to use Designer Limos? If so, what has your experience been with them?

my sister used them in 2002 and a friend used them in 2003. all had good experiences. i was planning on pricing them myself..but my budget is less then theirs, so am curious to see what their rates are.

im using designer limos, they have been great! i have only heard good things about them, never heard a bad thing yet, i'll keep ya posted getting married in three weeks

my friend used them for her july 29 wedding- she had two of the lincoln stretch limos- well everything was fine till we were about 15 mins away from the watermill and then we smelt something burning- smoke started to come out between where the window rolls down by the driver and the rest of the limo- we were all screaming pull over pull over something is burning- the drive said he will at the next exit- HELLOOOOOO- the car is filling up with smoke at this point and he finally pulls over on the side of the Northern State- we all got out ok- he poured water down where the window is- it must have been an electrical fire- they sent the limo back the guys were in and this limo had no AC full force hot air was coming out (the limo did have AC for the guys) but they told us we must have hit a button and it takes 15 minutes for he air to go back on- WHAT-
we made it to the Watermill on time and safe- Just sweating to death from being on the side of the Parkway and being in the limo with no AC- well she called the limo place on Monday and they were very nasty to her- they didnt belive a word she said- they never gave her a dime back and they said they didnt think they should since we did have the other limo pick us up- so all in all even though some people have wonderful experiences with a compay there are others who dont-
another one of my friends used them and had no problems.

Thanks for all of your replies. I am planning on pricing them out in the next couple of weeks. I will let you know how it goes.

 I can't believe that! one of my friends just used them and they said they were awesome. They got the limo bus and the rolls. They couldn't stop raving about them. Let me ask you a question, do you think its totally unrealistic to think that a vendor's record is going to be totally spotless?
