sort of BHB related! Can everyone share their workout routine

looking for a way to slim my thighs....can everyone share their workout routines?

i do (did, i go back to work tomorrow so it will change) but i went to classes at the gym 2 of them..one cardio and one weight training. I also hired a trainer.

now that work started i will be taking cardio classes at my gym 3 times a week and i go to a trainer once a week

to do your thighs leg lifts

I work on on the eliptical (sp) machine for 30 minutes mon-friday and I do 200 crunches per day.

lots of lunges and squats, and I also run and walk on the tradmill on an incline.

The lunges and squats really work, resistance moves usually do.

My thighs still touch, though they are getting smaller

I do 30 minutes on the Eliptical then do a 50 minute spinning class 2-3 days a week. I do weight training 2 days a week. I have lost quite a few inches with the spinning, but not a signifigant amount of weight. BUT, my legs and arms hardly jiggle like they used to.

tae bo advanced - one hour three to four times a week...worked wonders...much quicker than weight lifting and treadmill combined.

Definitely resistance moves....lunges, squats, etc.
To get your inner thighs more involved, do your squats with your toes facing outward, and do you lunges with one leg to the side.

My Lower Body Workout: (2 times a week)
Leg Extensions
Leg Press
Squats on the Smith Machine
Walking Lunges
Plie's w/weights
Seated Leg Curls
Hamstring curls
Leg Abductor
Leg Adductor
Calf Raises

ETA: I use weights for all exercises. If you really want to challenge your muscles, I suggest drop setting. You basically start off at a weight which is challenging (but not too hard to do). You do as many reps as you can until you cant do any more, then you "drop" the weights down a notch (ie. from 60 lbs to 40 lbs) and again do as many as you can until you cant do it anymore, and drop it once more. You repeat this process (taking no breaks or pauses) until you reach the lowest weight. You will really feel your legs burn!!! Drop setting is good for the leg machines such as the Leg Extensions, Hamstring Curls and leg adductor/abductor machines.

Yes you definitely need to use weights!!! After I started weight training, that's when i really saw the difference!!

ETA: and since you want to slim your thighs, i suggest doing 3 sets of each leg exercise with about 15-20 reps per set.
