FMIL wants to buy me a memento gift for my e-party...
Any suggestions? She asked FH to get some ideas from me. She wants to buy me something that I will always be able to remember her by. The only thing I can think of is jewelry - perhaps a bracelet. I am trying to avoid things that may break (like crystal vases, figurines. Jewelry will make a nice heirloom. Any other ideas I am overlooking?

My FMIL bought me a memory box and I loved it. I think she got it at Bombay Company...it is a wooden box with our new initials engraved in it. She put the e-party invites a some other token gifts (like x-mas ornaments) inside. It was perfect!!

I agree with you about jewelry. It would be something nice to pass on to your children. Most of the other things mentioned you can always register for. What about a nice pearl bracelet or necklace???
