My specialized Cake Topper...updated with new photo
So I ordered a specialized spider-man/Mary Jane cake topper for the wedding. (My fiance is a huge fan, and this would be his only "thing" at the wedding! Well the woman just sent me pictures and OH, MY GOD. It is terrible. I don't know what I am going to do. My wedding is 24 days away, and now I am without a cake-topper. I have attached a copy of our engagement announcement (which we sent her) and that is what it is supposed to look like. I also attached a copy of the cake topper.
What am I going to do?

Its not too bad... Maybe you could buy a tradtional cake topper & use this one for the cake table. Probably not what you wanted but its a last minute solution.
Or maybe you can tell the lady you don't like it, & she can try again.

spider man looks ok... i think she just needs to thin out mary janes face a little or something... i think it would make her look a little less "manish" or something... maybe see if theres any way she can fix mary jane up a little bit... you need to be happy with stuff that you pay for...

i think it looks ok...well if you really dont want to use it....maybe you can get a spiderman figure and a figure of maryjane in a wedding dress like from toys r us and glue them to a platform...and instead of putting it on top of the cake put it on the table....
i think the topper doesnt look bad..it seems to match your picture...

if u dont like it i wouldnt pay for it....
but here is that other idea i was talking about..get a maryjane figure in her dress and a spidyman and make something for the side of the cake and maybe put flowers on top of the cake??!

either way you can get one on ebay and get a spidy and make a cute figure set...i mean it isnt a cake topper but u can still gibe your FH spidy.....

cant see that picture, but the first one she HAS to change that face- the colors are great though- but just has to do something with the nose and fat face. can you make that new one bigger to see?

I don't think it looks too bad. Those things are made to look like characatures (sp?). If you are unhappy, you should tell her that you are not going to buy it. But since it's personalized, can you do that?
