i got HM on the mind...
How much around is a deposit on the HM
say we ae looking at a 5-6K HM?

I think it depends on your travel agent and what they need for a deposit.
I spoke to about 5 and each one was different.
Some more than others.
FYI:LB was the only one who wanted less than everyone else.

The hotel total was around$4300 and I was told a $900 deposit. It all depends on were you are staying.

Ours was almost $5K. We paid $500 and the balance in April (the month before the wedding).

From my experience, they want you to pay the full airfare and then a couple of hundred dollars for the land (hotel) so it depends how much your airfare is. My honeymoon costs 3,000 and we put a deposit of 1030 (730 for both airline tickets and 300 for the hotel deposit)
