We've cut the guest list down to the bare minimum...I am pretty confident that almost all invited will attend with the exception of about 6 people that are question marks. I am determined to keep it small and personal...and affordable.

We also have to guarantee 200, but I expect our current list to grow. We're about 225 to invite now and haven't asked parents for final lists yet. I'm on the opposite end of most people - we're hoping for more :) the thought of paying for empty seats pains me.

I wish! I had to guarantee 225 for my room. I know we can fill it, but I wish we could have guaranteed less, then use the final number as bargaining power to have things thrown in as we expect to have a large crowd.
