I take belly dancing on and off and I LOVE it! I took them at a drum and dance studio here in the city, but at $15 a week, plus my gym membership....the wedding knocked them out. they have a class at my gym too, but during weird times of the day!
I am so glad you enjoyed- it is so much fun and such a good core and arm workout!

That's great!! Where are you taking the classes? I took classes at Sasha's out by me (Centereach), but found that over time I wasn't learning new stuff.... Let me know where you are taking them and how it goes!! I would love to get into it again!!!

actually, most belly dancers have a softer belly because it moves better than a 6 pack of abs... it's firm in a different way, and it really helps with your body image...who knew the inch (or two) you pinch could be so SEXY!!!
