I am SOOO ANNOYED right now!
So I went shopping with FSIL today at Ann Taylor Loft... they were having a great sale... 40& off... well I just went through my bag and something made me look at the receipt... two of the items I bought didnt have the discount and unless I am loosing my mind there is something on there for $20 that I didnt even get!! I counted all of my shirts... and there is one extra item on the receipt... so now I have to call tomorrow... are they even going to believe me about them charging me for something I didnt get??? URGH!

they can check the inventory. I had to do this at my job just last week. It is an annoying process for both the customer and the worker but they should do it.
their company policy may be more lax than mine esp. since you are calling the next day. I had to check our inventory because she was coming back almost two months later and I thought that you would have called immeadiately if you were over charged.
They shouldn't give you a problem. I've been in retail forever and they should just want to make you happy be as polite as you can when you go in. Tell them you know it was an error but you need it fixed. Try hard not to be hot headed about it as I can tell you from personal experience in my job, workers are more willing to fix your problems if you are nice to them. I'll go out of my way for customers who just treat me with respect and kindness but if they yell right off the bat I stick to every company rule/policy and put my own walls up against them.

that sux cort - i always watch them as they ring up my purchases like a hawk. id return the non sale items and re-buy them to get the discount.
