Question for PJCC Brides or People who went to wedding there?

I am thinking of have 3 smaller centerpieces than 1 big one since the tables are long at PJCC.

Do you think 3 is too many? I haven't seen the place set up for a wedding yet and I didn't want people to feel too crowded.

Each centerpeice would probably be a little bigger than an 8 x 11 piece of paper.

Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!

How many peopole doour tables seat? They have the oblong tables there and if it is the same I had at my shower 8-10 ppl per table then 3 was way too much.

The tables were narrow.

I just went to a wedding there on July 4th. I think there was 12 people at the table and it was cramped with just one center peice (not that big) I would say it depends on how many people you are going to have at each table.

HTH!!!

I just had my wedding at the PJCC on July 1st!!! (I'll be posting my review and pics soon..just have to type it all out - FYI..everything was wonderful!!!).

3 small centerpieces and 1 big one is WAY too much! The tables get filled up with a lot of things. All of the plates, the bucket with the white wine and water, a bottle of red wine in a stand, table cameras and favors if you decide to put them on the tables, etc... make the tables a little crowded.
1 centerpiece is all you need.

Re: Question for PJCC Brides or People who went to wedding there?

I would just be having 3 smaller centerpieces, because the tables are long I wanted to go with3 smaller rather than just 1. Each is the size of 11 x 8 sheet of paper and are low.

I was wondering if the 3 were too much and I should go with just 2 of them. We are probably going to have 10 people to a table.

So anything else to watch out for?
THANKS!

Re: Question for PJCC Brides or People who went to wedding there?

I just went to a wedding there on Sunday and the one thing I did notice was that the tables were very cramped. The bucket, a LOT of glasses that were never removed from the table, favors and a ton of silverware. The bride this past weekend did tall narrow vases for the centerpieces which anything wider would have taken too much space.

I don't remember how many people were at my table, but to take up 3 blocks of 8x10 space would be way too much.
