Any 06ers loosing weight before the big day?

I'd like to loose 15-20lbs, i don't currenlty work out....and honestly i really don't want to nor have the time or $$ to. What is everyone doing to shape up?

Walk walk walk walk walk! Everywhere and anywhere, during the summer this is the best excercise I find. I also have been cutting my food portions in half at each sitting, but not denying myself the foods I love. It seems to be working for me so far.

i want to lose at least 10 pounds
my body wont let me. it doesnt want me to lose the weight ive been going to the gym and ive been good in eating good stuff. but i dont know what else to do?

I think most of us want to loose a few lbs ....I havent run into to many brides that dont - my cousin lost 60lbs she looked AWESEOME -

I don't need to lose any weight but I would like to tone up my muscles a lil. But I never work out, I'm just too lazy!! Oh well, maybe tomorrow.....

Me! But considering I hate to watch what I eat and I hate to exercise, I doubt its gonna happen Really I would like to lose maybe 8lbs or just tone up a bit. Or if I could just get a bit of a tan before the wedding, I swear it makes me look 5lb thinner!

Hopefully when the day gets closer I will be a bit more motivated to hit the gym.

Im just going to change my eating habits & hit the gym.. not hard core, but gradually.

I havent been doing it for awhile but weight watchers helped me lose 10lbs. and would've done more but I stopped doing it! Planning to start again though. I'd be happy to FM you the point list for the flex program and there is a site you can go on that gives you the points for take out and the formula for groceries is pretty simple.

I am trying to lose weight - but I constantly find reasons to start later. Like, I can't start this weekend, I'm going to too many parties.

I have been exercising (esp. walking) more in the past few weeks.

I'm going to GAIN weight! LOL - out of spite.

I think it's hysterical when people ask me if I'm going to lose weight for the wedding....for what reason I tell them? I Love Me, I love the way I look, FI loves me and the way I look - what purpose does it serve???

I'm no stick either - I'm a proud Plus Size Woman and LOVE IT!

Obviously if it's for health reason - that I would do it....

I was on WW and it was working, but then I started a new job and haven' been able to do everything the same.
I am still eating better, but not exercising as much. I really need to get back on that.

I would love to lose about 15 lbs...I'll probably crash diet though and go to the gym right before (maybe the last 3 months)

ME!!! I already lost 16lbs & would love to lose 30 more!

I am not one into working out at all!

I was going to the track every night to walk and since I been off of school, I've been rollerblading every morning about a mile or so.

The little 100 calorie packs have been wonderful b/c I can eat them every 2-3 hours & they keep your portions under control in between meals.

Fruit & things like carrots & cucumbers have been great too!!!

I also allow myself one day where I'm free to eat whatever all day.

I want to lose a few pounds 5-10...but I want to tone more so than lose...I've been working with a trainer at the gym for the last 4 weeks 2-3 times with her and then 2-3 days of cardio...its painful as hell cause I'm pratically crawling the next day.... but I def am starting to see muscle definition....and bc muscle weighs more than fat I haven't seen a significant drop in lbs yet I def see it in the way my clothes fit....

Its costing me
at at the end of the package I'll probably sign up again...the results are worth it and I don't want to fall out of the routine...

I am hitting the gym everyday for an hour and half this summer while i have off from work...me and the FH just joined WW we got all the stuff yesterday in the mail. I need to lose 13 lbs! We'll see...Ill keep ya posted

yea I am on a diet know I gained 10 pounds... Im working out and eating oatmeal! I dont want to be too thin because I want to look like me the big day.. but I want to be toned! and I feel as I am getting older it is getting harder to loose

Me and my fh started going to the gym. I dont really care about losing weight i care more about shaping up.

I work out 3x a week and have been watching what I eat.

I stopped eating large dinners and walk on a treadmill on an incline for 45 minutes 4 days a week. So far I've lost 10 pounds - I want to lose another 15.

im hearing you girls im w/ the 10-15lbs if possible I was doing great 2 weeks before Mamorial day lost 5 lbs got up in the am and worked out-- then stoped and gained it all back-- Jan I will deff be on the ball

Funny, how I'm trying to start today :) If I could lose 5-10 pounds, I'd be so happy!!!!!!!!!!! I don't need to lose weight for my dress because my upper body is slim and you won't be able to see much of my big behind, but I want to lose weight for the honeymoon :) I went to the track today and only ran around twice, lol. As I was running, I kept telling myself..."For the honeymoon." I'm so out of shape it's not even funny. Oh, well. Lets see what happens. Good Luck to everyone!!!!
