I don't have a BM! I don't even know who's there. I started w/Frank Acierno, he left...then, I had Frank Moreno and he left...what should I do?
Also, for those who attended the "Tea" thing, please let me know how you found out about it and what goes on during it?

I may call to reschedule the tea thing..i thought it was during the week and now i think it may be on the weekend......
I had a similar issue with my BM...they passed me over to someone i did not care for...i requested their manager who was Dave, apparently he is the Sales Director. He was helpful.
Let me know who you end up with. I will keep you posted on the tea party....

yeah i have to make a 2,000 payment this month actually today!!!!!
i didnt hear anything about a tea.
when i booked last september i had guilio as my bm then he got promoted so he wasnt a bm any more then he told me to speak with frank marino for now. but i havent been in contact with them for a while now. so i have no clue who my bm is.
by the way this thread is a good idea.
i will be down to 7 months this month yikes

Anyone using a DOC? If so, who are you using? I thought I remembered someone saying that Fox Hollow offers some type of planners? Could someone clarify?

Hi fox hollow girls! Is the BM the person that you spoke to when you went there to book? If so then our BM is David Gerin. He was very sweet. I'm not planning onhiring a DOC...it's just $$ that I don't have. Yes, fox hollow does provide us with a party coordinator, but they are still paid by fox hollow, not the bride so if you want a true DOC you probably still have to go hire one :) Has anyone booked a room at the FHInn yet? I have to go do that soon.

I have a question...while looking at photographers..a question that FH and I have is where will we take pics...I love the grounds at fox..but if it is nice out I want to go some place in between the ceremony and ch... My photographer told me about a park right across from the fox. on jericho trnpk..she said it is worth checking out, because it is free...do any of you know about it and are any of you planning to go somewhere specific for pics??

Checked it out. I actually am going to pass b/c I met w/one of the staff members at Perfecct party Planner w/the FI. She was fantastic, gve me a lot of information, a time line, and helpped w/everything. She was great - a Bridal Consultant per se.

friday night. the ceremony starts there at 7:30-8:00 then ch from 8-9 then reception from 9-1
i am using the petite garden for my ceremony room i am using the lantern gallery and petite garden for ch and the winter garden pavillion room for my reception.
