NWR....Home sick today (UPDATED!)
My brother and I are both home sick with some very weird stomach virus thing. Started last night out of nowhere. Actually felt like something was inside of me pushing on my stomach. I feel so gross. My poor brother is doubled over in pain and can barely walk. We aren't actually getting sick but just feel so yucky. He's got a high fever and every thing. My mom is concerned he has appendicitis, however it's so coincidental that we both feel like this. I'm thinking it's a very strange virus. Any one else have this sort of thing recently? I am hoping it doesn't mess up my weekend plans. Have too much going on to be sick like this  This stinks so bad. Any ways, I'm just venting before I lay back down again!!

Just wanted to let you girls know that my brother ended up having appendicitis and ran into complications during his 2 in the morning operation. Before they even opened him up, his appendix burst and the poison has run throughout his whole body. My mom called a little while ago to say that they are now pumping his stomach and he's so sick. I feel so bad for him. He won't be out of the hospital until at least Monday..if not longer. They originally thought he perforated his bowels but that wasn't the case. The poor kid is a mess. Me on the other hand with my stomach issues...I'm feeling better today, thank goodness. Now I'm just a nervous wreck for my bro!! I'll keep you girls updated. Thanks for all the well wishes!

Awww, thanks girls! You are all so wonderful. Gosh, how I love being an LIW girl!! Your hugs and kind words make me feel so much better! As we speak, my brother is now at the hospital. My mom called our family doctor and he thinks he has too many symptoms that resemble that of appendicitis. He wanted my bro to go to the hospital right away. He seems to think that by freak chance I must have a virus with similar symptoms. My brother can barely walk and has constant pain on his right side. I'm mobile and my pain is all throughout my stomach. We shall see....I will keep you girls updated. For now, I hope that he's alright and we both feel better. Poor guy turns 20 on Sunday and we are supposed to have a party for him. This stinks so bad!!

OMG!!! Thats terrible! At least his in the hospital now, so hes being cared for closely by doctors. I hope everything turns out okay for him and for both of you.
