I went to Gymboree with Gabe when he was about a year and a half??? I dont remember. All I could tell you is the girls (instructors) were SOOO enthusiastic and happy that it made me ill  Gabe woulod have been just as happy playing on a playground. I dont think it was worth the money.

My sister just signed up for a mommy and me gymnastics class for my two year old niece. Gymboree has classes starting at a few months old I think.
