Menus & Programs

Is it okay to make 1 Menu for every other person. For example : 5 menus at a table for 10? How should they be displayed?

And for programs. If we are expecting about 100-110 people in total for our wedding, how many usually come to the ceremony
(our ceremony is at our reception hall)? Does each person usually take a program or every other?

I made 1 menu for every 2 people and for a wedding of 160, we made around 75 programs and had extas. The menues were set up in between wine glasses, so that you could see they were to be shared. This picture was taken once the reception had already started, but you can get the general idea of how the menues were set up.
