wanted to share an idea..
My very good friend got married at the
Glen Island (New Rochelle) last year. It was amazing!
Anyway...when we were leaving the valet pulled up to give us the car and on the dashboard was a paper that said "Directions Home". It was such a nice touch and was so greatly appreciated. The reality is people are leaving in the dark and it was so nice to not have to figure out how to get home..
I looked in to it with my reception location, but since they will probably have more than one party that day they felt it would be easier for us to do it some other way....
We have decided to create them so the paper that is sent with the invitations states on one side DIRECTIONS TO and on the other DIRECTIONS HOME.
Thought I'd share..enjoy!

That's a great idea! You can also attach the directions home to the favors or have them by the door on people's way out, if you don't want to include them in the invites!

I love this idea! I actually saw this at Terrace on the Park in Qns. I had checked them out, and as you walk out of the hall, there are little "Direction Home" cards. I think it's a great idea!
