is everyone wearing a tiara or
hair clips or jewelry?(dont know what they are called) my fsil lent me her tiara and i took it to the bridal shop and it doesnt match my dress..i cant see myself spending $200 on a tiara..is anyone not using a tiara?the thing is i was going to get a hair trial next week with my hair dresser but i need to know what im going to wear...i need help

Look at some of the brides reviews for headpiece ideas. I had a headband-type thing. Some people just used clips. Youcan find in expensive ones, igf you don't go to the bridal shop.
Barron's in Tri-county has soem & many peoplw here purchased theirs on Ebay.
I got mine from princessbridetiaras.com & it wasn't dirt cheap, but was under $100. I don't remember exactly, maybe $45-$65?
You don't have to weear anything at all, but if you are taking your veil off at the reception, you might want to.

Hey Lish!!!!!! I got my tiara from the flea market for $35 and it is beautiful!!!! You should go there and check it out...They have all different kinds of headpieces there.

You do not have to spend anywhere near that! you should go to tri-county. they have a few booths there that sell them a lot cheaper than that! IMO, you should definitely go try them on. I ordered 1 online and even though I loved how it looked, it didn't suit me at all. it's definitely one of those things you need to try on.

oh wow..thanks girls!!! how did you know what went with your dress? i tried so many different things with the lady at the shop and we found nothing that went with it..and trust me im not picky..i would have worn what my fsil lent me but it was so noticeable...i didnt know it would be so hard

I had a lot of issues trying on tiaras...i guess it was the shape of my head but not one looked good on my head and everyone who was with me thought the same thing. So i just went with a comb veil and hair jewelry (i got off ebay) all in my bun. I loved it more then the tiara look on me.

i think thats the same way i feel..my head is like wayyy too big..ahahah but did you wear your veil above your hair or under ?

My sister in law spent over $700 on her head piece and I thought she should have been committed. I hope to not spend over $200. I have an appointment for the head piece and veil trunk show at Bridal Reflections in Carle Place tomorrow. I know they will cost more but you never know.
I have to wear SOMETHING that sparkles as my dress comes up too high in the front to wear a necklace. It has no beading or anything on it - just silk. the color of the dress is pearl do I am thinking that my headpiece, whether it is a tiara, clips, comb etc, should have a combination of pearls and crystals in it. Once I get the headpiece I will get earrings to go with it. I am not spending too much on a veil because I don't plan on wearing it the whole night. It would ruin the look of the back of my dress. Pics below.

I'm not wearing a tiara. I actually got a really pretty one off of ebay for $6.99 but when it came in I realized tiara's just don't look right on me. I haven't decided how I'm wearing my hair yet but if I wear it back I might put some flowers in it.
