Rehearsal Dinner Prices

Me and FH are paying for everything ourselves and I'm trying to get a rough idea of what the price per person is for rehearsal dinners. Does anyone have any info? I'm looking into the babylon village area (main street).

I tried doing a search here and nothing came up. Please FM me ballpark figures if you don't want to post.

I was looking in Westchester, but just to give you an idea, I saw anywhere between $30-50 per person if you wanted a sit-down dinner and that was just including soft drinks and coffee, not liquor. I'm sure there are places that cost less though Good luck!!

I am not sure if this will help since we are getting married out east but figured at least you would have a frame of reference. we were quoted from 19.95-32.95 with soda and cofee/tea, etc. Usually open bar was $5-10 more or you could just pay a tab at the end with a max cap (ours is a $500 cap with top shelf alcohol)

We decided to have a rehearsal brnch instead of a RD, and we paid about $20 pp. It was in Westchester though, so I don't know how helpful that was.

I am looking for something myself in the same area, so far I got one quote from Molly Malone's in Bayshore (on the water by the ferries)

for appetizers, salad and choice of three entrees it was 23.95 pp
with beer/wine/soda 33.95 pp
with open bar 41.95 pp

They have a room upstairs for private parties

thanks for the info! I'd love to have Gemelli's but I hear it's very expensive.

I can see I won't be having an open bar though -- it is wayyyyy too expensive!!!

We're having ours at a steakhouse and we are paying 45.00 pp including wine.

WE are having ours at the NCO Club at the air force base where fi works. we were going w/ a restaurant but were coming up w/ prices of $30/head (we're out east) and w/ 40 people (yes for a rd!) we decided the club was the cheapest. i'm having it catered for about $250 and there is a bar that we are doing a cash bar for. we are paying for everything so this really helped

My RD isn't in the area you are looking but we are having it at Katie Daly's in Mass & we are paying $32 a person which includes beer, wine & soda--3 choices for dinner appetizer & salad & coffe & tea. The only thing we have to get is a cake.

I also believe that Molly Malone's which I think is in the Babylon area is also the same price--but not positive. My friend had her RD there & everyone loved it.

LOL, what a wake-up call!!!! I suggested a Chinese buffet, but my mother thinks it's a bad idea. I'm like, "oh, I didn't realize you were paying for the wedding, now!!"

We are paying 24.95 for sit down dinner with salad, app, main, and dessert with coffe/tea soft drinks at Pomodorinos

Bellisimo Ristorante in Amityville...it's a fairly new restaurant and we're paying 50pp with unlimited top shelf drinks...the private room there is beautuful and the food delicious
