Re: Rehearsal Dinner Help... Who are you inviting?

We have a very small bridal party and kids are not invited to the wedding, so we're doing a big dinner with siblings, SO's, out of towners who we are very close to and close friends.

We invited both of our immediate families, the bridal party plus significant others, the readers, and FG/RB with their parents.

Re: Rehearsal Dinner Help... Who are you inviting?

We only have a BM and MOH. Only those in the wedding party/immediate family are invited..

FH and Me (2)
FH's sisters and families (yes w/ kids all live OOS) (9)
FH's parents (2)
My Dad and brother (2)
My MOH and hubby (2)
BM (1)
My friend (reader) and hubby (2)
Minister (21)

FH's parents reaction was WOAH! 22... DUH 9 of them are your 2 daughters and their families.

No OOTer's no dates unless married. My brother and BM aren't serious with anyone.

We invited BP + S/O, close family, and FG/RB with their mom's.

I think final count was 4 kids 33 adults.

Re: Rehearsal Dinner Help... Who are you inviting?

We are inviting everyone who will be at the rehearsal:

- bridal party and significant others (25 total)
- parents (4)
- grandparents (4)
- readers (3) and significant others

Including us and the Priest, this is almost 40 people.

I have been to rehearsal dinners that have over 100 people, and others that have 20...it's whatever you want to do.
