DH wants some gadget for the car but we REALLY can't afford it right now 
I feel really bad but I contacted our wedding photographer about having some professional shots of DH and our son together at the park or beach. ( My son has very sensitive skin so I was always afraid of taking him the beach and I thought it would also be nice to get his first visit captured on film)
I hope he likes it!!
I was thinking of maybe inviting my FIL to go along so there can be some "generation" pictures taken and a few of the baby and my FIL so that can be my FIL's gift as well ( his house is FULL of pictures of my son it is like a shrine!  )

i LOVE LOVE LOVEEEEEEEE that idea! and sentiment wins out over luxury ANY day of the week! 
(and btw- can i just say that i'm so amused that you put "repost from 05" eventhough its ON the 05 board Im so happy i'm not the Only one still having my 'moments' but can't blame it on wedding planning  )

OMG that is such a nice idea.
Thanks everyone!! I hope he really loves it!!
My son never wants to sit still for the sears type picture places plus I love the real photojournalistic style pictures sooo much more anyway!!!! They mean a million times more that its a "Real" moment then a fake smile with a cute background!
I hope his dad will agree to come!! I know it will be pictures they can treasure for years to come!!!! 
I will keep you updated when Duet emails me back how much its going to cost!
