How do you save your pictures

I was wondering....how do you save pictures that you find on the computer that you want to remember.. i mean pics of anything...like, ideas, flowers, dresses, etc (you get the point). see i always come across things thatt i want to make sure i remember for when i actually need it, and i have not figures out a way to save these pics to my computer for future refernce. you girls must think i am really dumb, but it never works. what does everyone else do??? HELP

On my desktop I have a Wedding folder.. in there are subfiles.... titled "dresses", "must take pics", "flowers", "invites", "favors", "crafts", "makeup", "hair", "honeymoon"... etc.. yes, I am anal

Right click the pic and click save pic as and put them in the folder of your choice on your computer.

I needed someone to explain it to me also. You have to right click on the picture and then click on "save picture as".
