Has anyone ordered from there? If so, how was your experience?

I purchased my gown from them and they were wonderful. The salesperson (Gloria) was so helpful and knowledgeable.
I've also purchased bridesmaid dresses there in the past and haven't had any problems.

Re: RP from BHB-Bridal Reflections in Massapequa-BM Dresses
I just went the other day and had an ok experience but then found out that the designer i liked is having a trunk show there right now and could save 10%. it started the day after i was there and they didn't tell me. i called back and they said that yes, the dress i liked would get the discount. i wonder what would have happened if i purchased it that night and then found out the next day i could have saved 200 bucks! urrrrgh.
My only other complaint is that I felt like they (the gal I had) wasn't the best in offering different things. My mom actually had to go into the closet to find a really cool 50ish dress that had everything I had asked for and the gals had no clue they even owned it.
I've only been to one other salon but at that place (bridal garden - thanks kissy) they were much more "let's try this out to see" and it was a great first experience.
The prices at bridal reflections are expensive of course....but the dresses i tried on aren't offered at many different places so that made me happy.
i've gone there for bridesmaid dress shopping and proms and i think that side of the building is a bit better...tho chaotic!
I def. think you should check it out.

Re: RP from BHB-Bridal Reflections in Massapequa-BM Dresses
Although they have a large selection of bm dresses, when I was there, no one really helped us at all. Then when we asked to see the color sample sheet, I felt like we were bothering the girl at the desk. Their prices seem a lot higher than other places.

Re: RP from BHB-Bridal Reflections in Massapequa-BM Dresses
I was there for two bridesmaid dresses and had a good experience the girls were nice and very helpful. I went there for my Wedding dress since the dress Iwanted not many places carry it and they were one of three places that had it and the girl was very nice I showed her a few pictures of dresses and she got them out and the ones she didn't have that designer she got out something similar to it.
They also took a little off the price of the dress
