I am in the process now. I took all my girls there to look at and try on dresses. Our salesgirl (Jill) has been amazing!!! One girl put a deposit (b/c it’s an older style and if it becomes discontinued, they will give us 30 days to order ALL the dresses), and I will bring the others back in in July (during the designer’s trunk show).

When I was a bridesmaid a couple of months ago, we ordered our gowns there. The dresses came in early and the staff was really helpful, but your BMs should stay on top of them as far as alterations go (my gown was still to big the day of, but I was the only one who had that problem).

My BM dresses were ordered there - they are due to come in next month. The staff was very helpful.
I've ordered a BM dress there for a wedding I was in 2 years ago and the dresses came in on time and alterations were good.
