Officiant Needed
Anyone know of a good minister/reverend or whatever. My church is giving me problems and I am not about to deal with them anymore. Thanks so much!

There are a few on here I'm looking into. Click on Vendors and then Officiants. I've heard good things about Rev. Tom McCormick, also thinking about Rev. Mike Callahan.
p.s. My FI's response to those 2 names was "Both Irish, both good!"

The church problems I was talking about was that the pastor was a total Ahole to me on the phone even though he knows me and my family. Just very rude and it upset me.

i have to decide what i'm going to do also, parents and in laws really want me to get married ina church, i would rather be outside for personal reasons. my mom says it doesn't look right because i taught religion for 4 years but in the long run it's what i feel in my heart and what i want..right?

Absolutely!! If you believe that God created this beautiful green earth than I think it's a wonderful place to get married. Don't worry, He'll see you and recognize the marriage. Not to offend those getting married in a church, but I don't see why they have a problem acknowledging those of us who want to take our ceremonies outside.

I third Father Tom. I just met with him last week. What a pleasure! Nice man, great stories, good speaker. I would totally check him out. He's a vendor on here.
