Absolutely amazing transformation!
I love the color of the walls!!!!
And the floors look great; nice & shiny!
I love the closet doors too.
I am interested in how much money it cost you to do your kitchen over - did you totally redo it or just did refacing and some appliance updating?
The kitchen in our future house need TLC in MAJOR WAY....we can't redo it for a few years and I'm thinking about either sanding them and whitewashing them....(they are currently YELLOW!) or just refacing if it is inexpensive enough.

thanks!! the kitchen was actually pretty cheap!!!!
all we did was paint the cabinets and put on new hardware. i got a new dishwasher, cook top, sink, and microwave and counter tops
dischwasher 350
microwave 250
cooktop 300
cabinets painted by professional 900
hardware 200
counter tops 400 (off the home depot shelf)
sink 150
faucet 170
the floors were about $2000 - ripped up old vinyl and replaced with hardwood but new vinly (cheap )would have been fine if we were on a budget

Absolutely beautiful!!! In the other rooms of the house were you lucky and the wood floors under the carpet or did you have to purchase? Great job! (I wish I had a house!!!)

WOW A Total difference...Dont you miss that cool chandellier you had in the dining room though? It was sooo 70's. The kitchen is such a big transformation...even though you didnt replace the original cabinets....Really looks beautiful.
In the kitchen, the piece that used to connect both cabinets and go over the sink, what happened to that? Did they have to cut it off or was it screwed in? It looks so much better with out it.
Did you guys redo the bathroom too?
As for the kitchen floor, and the hardwoons they look great...and I love the color...Very warm....
