In Need Of Favor Ideas

Help!! We are trying to decide what favors we want to give our guests, but nothing out there really "says anything to us".

There is no theme to the wedding (although there is a very slight under-current of Cinderella).

Does anybody have a "unique" (or at least not so run-of-the-mill) favor idea

PS: I'm not afraid of arts & crafts

How about personalized M&Ms? I'm wrapping them in tulle (in our colors)and putting them in a mini cinderella slipper. Then putting them in a box with a bow. We have a sorta cinderella theme as well.

You can customize the colors and even writing for the M&Ms.

as our place settings...we bought small favor boxes (also 12/$1.00 at DOllar Tree) and are filling them with custom M&Ms

for our favors we bought small photo albums at AC Moore (or MIchaels) I got them 2/$1.00...regularly now on SALE for $1.oo ea. my aunt wants to deupage something on the front of each..not sure what we should do yet though...

Im ordering my favors from a lady in India, Riniko (LIW bride) ordered a ton of stuff from her and so far has been happy, I should be getting my shipment in a week.

Im ordering organza pouches and beaded mirrors. I know guys probably wont care for them, but I figured guys dont really care for the favors regardless. The prices (even with the shipping) were very reasonable.

Heres a pic of my pouch and mirror.

would you want to do a donation? we're doing a donation to the lance armstrong cancer fund ( my dads a cancer survivor) and we got the livestrong bracelets, so people will have something to take home with them, too... we're gonna put them in a nice favor box with a little tin of mints or m & ms or something... just one more idea for ya

I am doing moroccan lanterns. I got them at leavingfootprints.com. They will be lit during the reception around the centerpieces and then everyone will take one home(each couple or single)They were roughly $3 each

I went to unrealunity.com and got Key to my heart bottle openers. They come already wrapped, cost $1.75 AND the shipping was free because my order was over $200! For $212 I got 123 favors!

We're giving a donation to Make a Wish foundation...nothing for guests to take home.hmmm...is that bad?

We did a donation to the Make A Wish Foundation. A lot of people had never heard of doing a donation and all thought it was a wonderful idea.

I am making candles to go along with my theme... a set of pear shaped candles.

That might be something to think about.

We did the CDs. I think that is a very good way to personalize and capture the wedding plus it is very inexpensive. I'm sure whatever you decide will be perfect.

I have my place cards in a picture frame and then I am going to order wine bottle s toppers that are chrome and they are already boxed and are $1.69 I got the frames for 99 cents each I am also thinking of making CD's with love songs on them
