anyone get patio furniture from target?

Location: Sans Souci of Sea Cliff	anyone get patio furniture from target? will they help you tie it to the roof of the car? my friend bought a Martha Stweart set from kmart a few years ago and they helped her tie it on, but there isn't a kmart near me anymore.
