Anyone know a good Plastic Surgeon in Suffolk?

I always told myself I would have a clear **** taken off my face before I got married so I need to do this asap! I went to one before and she was such an idiot and told me it was a pimple!

I'm like yeah -Then I've had this pimple since before I can remember. She seemed like a WACKO!

Anyway, Its something most people dont even notice but its important to me so I would really appreciate any one you can recommend :)

you might want to try a dermotologist first - you might not even need to do it through a plastic surgeon and a dermotologist would be covered by your insurance.

they are in Nassau, but South Shore Csmetic Surgeons are very good. I have had a few "things" done there, and they are great!

I would never ever ever go to a dermatologist to take something off my face. I have gone to a few differnt dermatologists through the years because Im a lifeguard and skin cancer RUNS RAMPANT in my family and Ive had to have a few moles taken off my body. I S_C_A_R :( I am not going to risk that with my face. Itd be cheaper, but not worth it.

i have one in Nassau...Great Neck...to be exact..let me know if you want the info. I had something taken off my face and you can't even tell. This was in March and I scar too.

ETA: Mine was also a birthmark removal (i'll never understand why they ***-out the word) and it went really well.

Try Dr. Nguyen in Stonybrook-she's great. I had a few moles removed and she did an excellent job...FM for number if you need.

I FMed you but a lot of dermotologists are also board certified plastic surgeons. You may want to look into that. I have used one in Smithtown if you want info, FM me.

Dr. Fuentes in Huntington is a wonderful plastic surgeon, and Dr. Lee in Huntington is also wonderful but he's a dermatologist.

When I worked in Capellinis in Woodmere there was a Plastic Surgeon down the block that actually gave discounts to the employees of the salon because his wife was such a long time client. Dont know his name but heard wonderful things about him. He's on Irving I think. Sorry I know it's not in suffolk but he may be worth the trip.

My FH had a m o l e lanced off the side of his face. His dr. is in Roslyn. Right off the LIE don't know the name. But it's a real simple procedure. In and out. He has a couple more he wants taken off before the wedding so he has to get moving too.

I have been told that if there is a chance of a **** being cancerous, you should have a dermatologist remove it because it is there specialty and know how deep to go. Then go to a plastic surgeon to "fix it".

Honestly, I still think I would take my chances with the plastic surgeon when it comes to my face!!

I went to Dr. Panzer at the long Island Medical center in N. Babylon. He is in the same office as my Primary and he is a great dermatologist.
