RePost from BHB PREPPING DRESS FOR THE BIG DAY
What do I do with my dress when it comes in? Do I keep in in the bag, hang it in the closet? Do I let the train hang out or bussle it?

That is a GREAT question!!
I would also like to know how to store my dress after it has been altered. I'm assuming that I will have it for at least a week or so before the wedding. I don't want any wrinkles

Some girls responded to my post on this on the BHB board. Check it out. Let's hope more people respond so we know what to do

Re: RePost from BHB PREPPING DRESS FOR THE BIG DAY
My seamstress said to keep it in a room that pets can't get into and to hang it up and drape the skirt and train of the dress over a chair back (so that the chair is underneath the skirt and helps the skirt spread out)
Get this - My Mom and Dad are storing my dress in a guest room and they are removing some of the drop ceiling so they can get a little more height so the dress will hang without hitting the floor!
