OMG I AM SOOO MAD RIGHT NOW VENT
I cannot take this place anymore. I am soooo tired of this place. I am a QC person(Quality Control), and I have to correct the work of a guy that works for my company. Ever since I got promoted, we havent got a long. I think its because we used to be in the same group, and he is mad because I have to correct all of his work. He has given me nothing but strees for the past few months. He took over the work I was doing when I was in his group, added to the work he has...I am sure he has a lot to do, but why does he have to give me such a hard time if I give him an error for something he codes wrong. Every month when the error report comes out, I expect to get an email from him and his boss disputing all the errors that he made that month. It is such a waste of my time, because I have to go back to each item and explain why I gave him an error for it. I have to list all the websites I found the info on too.
He doesnt do this to anyone else but me. I am not the only one that QC's his work...There is one more guy and he doesnt get any of what I get.

sorry to hear about this Scott - it really sounds like your co-worker is having a hard time accepting the fact that you are more qualified than he is, and he's giving you a hard time bc he is not respecting your promotion. I would address this with your boss if you could - or just come right out and ask this person why they have such a problem with the corrections you are making. That sounds so frustrating, there's really nothing worse than having someone you work with not respect your position. Good luck, and try to think about other things in the meantime - like how awesome LIW is, and how you have to keep us all posted on the home listings you find 
Hey my boss, and his boss and all the bosses know about him. He is a slacker....but nothing ever happens to him. He will probably be here longer than I will. That is my dream to get out of here before he does.
