I finally hit goal!!!!
I lost another 1.8 pounds and declared 144 to be my WW goal (I'm 5'8" and very muscular)!
I start "maintenance" this week (24 points a day). I plan to lose maybe another 5-7 pounds right before the wedding, but want to be "normally" at 145. So, I'll go back on the weight ,oss program in August.
I'm down to a size 8 and I am THRILLED.....
Ladies - I swear, losing weight can be done - I truly am living proof. I have NEVER been able to stay on a "diet" before. The fact that I was easily able to stay on WW even while TRAVELING for work (flight attendant) proves how great this program is!

Congratulations!! I hit my target last week and I'm looking to lose another 10 pounds. I am back into a size 10, which I haevn't been in since High school. I can't believe how well WW is working, and I don't feel at all deprived.

Congratulations!!! I've got forever and a day until I make it back to my normal 140 lbs. I'm hoping for 158 by the wedding.

That is great and definetly encourages me to get my a$$ moving and start to diet and excercise. I want ot get back down to 140 which I was at one point then I gained and went up to 165 then I started to loose again and then I found out I was Pregnant I wound up gaining 43 pounds which brought me up to 203 when I gave birth. I am currently down to 170 I would like to get back down to 140 and hearing your success story makes me want to do it even more

I did the flex plan. I need more structure- I know I would eat too much using Core.
Maintainence has been kind of hard - I have been really bad about writing everything down. However, I haven't gained anything back and have even lost another 2.5 pounds since the 9th. Not good considering I need to figure out what daily points I need to maintain my weight (can't figure them out if you don't write them down  ).
Thanks so much for the well wishes! If anyone needs motivation, please feel free to FM or call on my on the boards. I can't reiterate enough- if I can do this - ANYONE can. I have ALWAYS sucked at "diets".
