I actually have always used the one on the back of the nestle toll house bag, its always been my favorite.

I use a basic cookie dough recipe (you can use the nestle toll house if you like), but I change out the chocolate. I buy swiss milk chocolate and white chocolate bars, chop them up into chunks, and use it instead of chocolate chips. I make these for FH to take to work or to take to parties and people drool over them, you'd be lucky to find a crumb left.
The key to making any cookie "The best cookie ever" is technique. You have to make sure to cream the butter long enough(most important), and make sure not to overbake.
