The lazy morons strike again!
We were supposed to close today, but then the seller's attorney remembered that the sellers still owe money on the house, and he didn't know how much. Apparently it takes an entire day to get this information.
Okay, so now we have the payoff amount. Let's set a closing date! Our lawyer finds out that Wednesday is no good for the seller. Hmm... what to do next?? Should he ask for another date, or call the buyers and tell them. Great idea! Just call the buyers! That will accomplish something!
So here we are, contract date of April 1, and no closing date.
