So today I'm putting in my 2 weeks notice...UPDATED
I currently work in a bank and at 3:30 I'm going to be giving my 2 weeks notice being that I got a job as a Custodian Secretary for the Board of ED...I hate talking to my manager and have been thinking of ways to approach her and tell her of my leaving. For some reason she really intimidates me LOL
Wish me Luck girls!!
So I told her and she said that it's gonna be sad to see me go but the opportunity is great and good luck with everything yadda yadda yadda and I had to write a letter of resignation incase I want to go back in the future.
I love the ppl I work with and made great friends but I gotta go where the money is b/c I"M GETTING MARRIED!!! LOL

LOL no I can't (I wish) when I go in today I'm gonna see her....BTW Thanks I start the last week of May kinda excited to finally after 5 yrs of working nights to finally have nights off!!! Unfortunately I'll be spending my nights at school

Congrats on the new job!! Good luck telling your boss. I wouldn't suggest an e-mail though, its not very professional. I think that even though you are nervous about talking to her you should tell her in person. GOOD LUCK!
