Prenatal vitamins
Yay! I got the all clear from my Dr.
Stupid question - do you take prenatals in addition to your multivitamin or instead of? It seems lacking in a lot of things in my regular vitamin...

Just take the prenatals they have everything your body needs in them. Best of luck and i am glad to hear the good news. Baby dust to you!!!!!

Instead of. I actually take GNC brand Mega Vitamins that have 400 mg of folic acid and 100% of what I need and I take an additional 400 mg of folic acid. My OBGYN said this was fine.
