Choosing your menu
How soon should you choose your menu with Catering Hall for the wedding day. We were given the a sample menu of all the choices we have for both cocktail hour and the reception but was told that we will finalize menu close to wedding.

We chose our menu last night. We will go back sometime before the wedding to do a tasting, at which point we can make changes if we so choose.
