final stuff. please help with info
Hi, everyone. I've gotta say. . . this is only my 2nd day on this site and I've already gained so much valuable info! Thanks!
My wedding date is soon approaching and I still need the following, so I would appreciate any info on very reasonable pricing and quality from anyone:
wedding rings
tux (for FH, of course :))
flowers (I'm looking at national floral warehouse, and they seem very good, but if anyone has further info, i'd appreciate it)
Oh, if anyone knows of a good place to take pictures by the larkfield manor in east northport, please let me know.

I haven't gotten tuxes yet so i can't offer any recommendations.
My rings were both bought in NJ (where FH lives)
Flowers I"m using Burtons. Very good there. One price no matter what type of flowers you get.
If u want more info on them fm me. :)

First of all remember, EVERYTHING IS NEGOTIABLE. You can negotiate with vendors.
Wedding rings- what are you looking for? If you want a diamond band I can recommend my jeweler who specializes in diamonds but he can also get whatever else you need... Rudy Sampieri on Bowery in Manhattan. If you are going simpler and also want something local you can get plan gold bands anywhere.
Tuxes- S & S in Hicksville. A lot of brides llike to do chains because the grooms men might live OOT. The problem with the chains is that all tuxes are shipped from one central location and if there is a problem (and often there is) there are no replacement tuxes. I recommend you rent from a place that has all tuxes one hand. Groomsmen can call in there measurements. My brother has used S & S for not less than 13 weddings.
Flowers- I'd go with National Wholesale Floral. I looked at them last summer and didn't chose them because I couldn't find a soul whoever used them, even on this site at the time. They made me a sample centerpiece and has a lot of pictures for me to look at.
We live in East Northport, five minutes from Larkfield Manor. Northport town is nice for pictures. There is a dock and a lovely gazebo and views of the bay. Drive into town one of these days and check it out.

If you are going to visit National Floral Wholesale, I HIGHLY suggest that you also visit Signature Florist, literally down the block! I met with George from Signature and was blown away by his work! I actually just posted my sample cp on the 06 board yesterday! He made my sample without having to book him and pay $$ first and his quote was comparable to National Floral.
