Question For 1st Time Mom's
My sister is due in about a week. I wanted to get her something she would really need/enjoy for when the baby comes. We already had the shower and I got her a bunch of stuff, but wanted to do something special. So here is the question:
What is the best gift you recieved once the baby was born?? What would you most appreciate?
ETA:
Thanks for your input!! It is greatly appreciated! I am going to do the dinners for the week!!

Re: Question For 1st Time Mom's
I got this for my sister after her first and she said that she really enjoyed it. I filled an overnight bag with a new comfy robe, slippers, relaxation candles, relaxation creams and lotions, asprin, gift certificate to order in pizza and other dinner stuff so she didn't have to worry about cooking and my number to come and help out when ever she needed.

Re: Question For 1st Time Mom's
My SIL (emilain) bought me a silver heart on a necklace with my daughters name inscribed on it. She gave it to me in the hospital when I had Isabella and I haven't taken it off since! I Love it.

Re: Question For 1st Time Mom's
My bil got me a GC for a manicure, pedicure, & massage. It was all for ME and not "us" or the baby, and when I was finally ready to get out of the house it was soo relaxing and nice to be a little pampered again!

Re: Question For 1st Time Mom's
Someone paid a caterer to deliver six dinners of our choosing to our home. That was really appreciated as there isn't time/energy to cook while caring for a newborn!

I agree.
Friends and family brought over home made meals. They were a godsend.
