Darn! We lost the house! *UPDATED*
We had the accepted offer a few days ago and we even upped our offer to match the asking price, and the other bidders. Still, she changed her mind and picked the other bidders b/c they are closing on their house sooner! UGH! I hate this! This is now the third offer she has picked, cancelling the ones before it!  
UPDATE: We got the house again! We're going with the engineer in an hour and a half!

It is soooooooo frustrating - a person's word means nothing these days - what the heck is wrong with people?!?!?!
I know this is easier said....... but shake it off - it wasn't the house for you - and you never know - it might come back to you in the end anyway

the 1st house we bid on we lost also...the owners accepted the bid...but then a few days later decided not to get divorced and not to sell the house...which worked out better for us, because the next house we found was much nicer.
