Repost (BHB): Nerve of Vendors...

So...I made an appointment w/a vendor (florist) about three weeks ago, for today. I knew I couldn't make the appointment last week b/c I already selected a vendor for this particular part. So....I called Monday night and left a message on the vendor's answering machine stating I was cancelling our appointment for today. I get a call this afternoon from the vendor telling me that I'm very inconsiderate not having called to cancel....remind you, this was repeated three times in the message. WTFudge? I know I called the right number b/c I've left messages on the vendor's answering machine before, and they never got back to me....is this my fault?

Did you call them back and tell them that you called on Monday?

I sent them a FM b/c they don't pick up their phones and don't return phone calls

I would of been mad hearing that on my answering machine especially knowing that I called to cancel. It doesn't sound like they are too organized.
