I don't know that points value but it usually pretty greasy, so it probably adds up.

In the getting started book, it says:
Lo Mein, beef, chicken, pork or shrimp, 1 cup = 8 pts.
Vegetable, 1 cup = 7 pts.

I get Chinese for dinner every Friday and I get chicken w/broccoli (2 points per cup) with brown rice (3 points per cup). Egg rolls are 5 points and Wonton Soup is 1 point per wonton.

thx!! I measured out exactly a cup last night. I had been craving it, normally I get brown rice and steamed chx, but I wanted this so bad. DH thought I was nutty when I threw out the rest though, I did not want to be tempted to eat it today

Good for you for throwing it out. I know it is wasteful, but if I have tempting food around the house, I am sure to snack on it sooner or later. I started buying the individual size Nabisco cookies for DH. I won't open one unless I REALLY want it, but if there is an open bag laying around, forget it!
