I passed this house before. It looks like it is in nice shape from the front. It is a corner of bellmore rd and a side street that is a dead end. Just so you know, Bellmore road is a busy road. This house is 1 block from the southern state off ramp.

These prices are crazy!!!!
Over 1/2 a MILLION dollars for a normal size house???
Sorry - I just think its insane.
I remember a friend of mine bought a colonial in Kings Park about 6 years ago for $309,000 and we were all like YOU'RE INSANE!!!!
Then another friend bought an iddy bitty house in KP 2 years ago for $409,000 
I fear the prices that our kids will pay!!!!!!!!!

Yes I agree....Want to be sick....
Danielle and I and her parents looked at this house. It is a small cape that basically needs to be gutted and renovated. The backyard was small and the garage looked as if it was going to fall down
$429k for a house that needs to be gutted. Right now people were renting it out.....
There was another one on the next block that they originally wanted $439k and now it is down to $424k.....They are both worth around $350k at the most.
