I used Creative and was REALLY happy. I did not even bother checking out B rett M atthews after I heard some horror stories. CC has great customer service. They were probably my favorite vendor at my wedding.

I am using CC --I was going to check out B rett M atthews but they cancelled my appt on me and were so incredibly rude on the phone --I never bothered to go back --the people at CC are so nice and their work is amazing!

I just know about B rett M atthews I hang at other sites besides LI and one is ModernBride.com and there was a whole post there from a bride who was very upset with B rett M atthews a while back.
I remmember asking my planner about this one and mentioning I didnt want to use him if she recommended him and she said "NO they have no CS" so thats what I know about them.

I went to B rett M atthews and thought they did nice work. The price though was too high for me. I booked Duet who did everything like BM but were much more reasonable!

I am using B rett M atthews and so far I have nothing but good things to say about them. Our e-pics came out fantastic, and we have received great customer service. We met with them twice before we decided to use them, and each time they answered all of our questions for several hours, and were incredibly helpful. Bethsiar used them for her wedding, if you want to search her pics.

I was extremely pleased with our e pics and we met with them twice before booking and they were fantastic.

i too am interested in using creative compositions, but read in another post that they only use digital... is this true and what is the difference b/w digital and film? all i know is that i think i like my own film pictures better than the ones i take with my digital camera :)

I am seriously not being catty, but Duet's and B rett M atthews' styles are VERY different. Duet's albums were just not to our taste, although the people there were very sweet and their video sample looked awesome.

but i guess you don't have to use them for video 
In essence...i have seen and heard too many "issues" with B rett M atthews!

Right...we're not sure that we're doing video, or it would have been a tougher choice. I would definitely recommend Duet for that.

Yes, they've converted to all digital.
