A little Nervous About Our Photographer
FH and I had our engagement pictures done on March 24th and our photographer assured us that he would have them in his hand in 10 days to give to us. It is now April 21 and still no pictures. So I called him on Monday and asked if the pictures were ready and he told me that he would have the pictures on Wednesday April 20th and he would call me. Well I have not received a phone call yet. Am I over reacting to the situation? I am just nervous because if he is giving me the run around with engagement pictures what is going to happen with our wedding pictures. I am not sure if I should call him out on this situation. What do you guys think?

I would definitley mention your concerns to him. Just be honest and tell him that you're worried about him being timely considering that he has already been delayed with your e-photos and you've had to be on him to even get those.

yes, you're right to be concerned. our photographer should be upfront with you and honest about what's going on...
keep on him about why you haven't gotten your engagement pictures yet!

You are right to be concerned! If he's doing this for the epics, what would he do w/the wedidng pics. Call him and tell him your concerns, and don't hesitate to throw in a threat that you'll seek anothe rphotogropher for the wedding!

Call him now. Don't stop calling him until you have an answer. Once a day should do it. You have every right to be nervous. He owes you a call at least.

I would most certaintly mention your concerns, I am having issues with my photographer and I wish I would have spoken to them sooner. Please let them know your feeling! Good Luck

DEFINITELY call him out on it. You are paying him a lot of money to document one of the most important days of your life. Express your concern to him and if it were me, I'd even consider having approximate dates of when the pictures would be ready added to the contract.
