I'm home today SICK!!!
I can't believe it! After escaping the winter without being sick, now I am!! Yesterday my throat was scratchy and I thought it was allergies. I took benadryl last night and thought I would be fine. Well, I woke up this morning and I cannot even swallow! My head hurts and I am so tired. I have no voice and my throat really hurts! I hope my doctor can see me today. Ugh, I hate being sick.

OMG That was me last week. I had a bad sinus infection... for like 5 days.. its this friggen weather... One day hot.. next day cold. Drink alot of orange juice & eat plenty of chicken soup. I hope you feel better!

Hoping that you feel better in no time...definitely stinks being sick but you hear of so many people coming down with yucky stuff lately. Get lots of rest, drink lots of OJ and water to flush them bad germs out and eat some chicken soup. Most of all take it easy!! Hope you feel better soon!! Were you able to go to the doctors?

Thanks ladies! Deb, I agree that this is not the type of weather to be sick in! It blows!! I went to the doctor and was told that my tonsils are swollen and inflamed. I have a throat infection, possibly strep, and have to take antibiotics 3 times a day for 10 days. Ouch! Again, thanks for all the well wishes. i spent the whole day lying in bed until my doctor's appointment. I hope to chat soon... I am going to go through withdrawl!
